‘Forgotten’ neighborhood with beautiful Victorian homes.
Located in South Los Angeles, West Adams Terrace became a historic preservation overlay zone in 2003. Filled with large and lavish homes, this neighborhood was originally designed for wealthy upper-middle class families and some areas for the working class. When the neighborhood was first developed, businessmen and their families moved out of central Los Angeles to remain within easy commuting distance from downtown. Today, this neighborhood is one of the prime locations in Los Angeles due to its location.
With the cost of living rising and the supply of high end homes dropping because of the new tax laws, West Adams Terrace is a great neighborhood to consider looking for a home.
